Great Company - Manager Liftech Employee Review

Great place to work. Right?

Purchased by Vanterra and now it sucks.

1) This company is founded upon great customer service and it is instilled throughout the organization from top to bottom. 2) Employees are treated like family and are promoted from within whenever possible. 3) Pay is above industry standard with great benefits. 4) The owners run their business with an "open book" where employees at all levels are involved in decision-making and where company financials are shared with everyone on a regular basis.

1) You can't hide at this company - it's small and thoughtfully managed so everyone has an important role to in the organization. 2) Ownership prefers employees who spend time together both inside and outside of work, so it may not be the best fit for those who have difficulty socializing with others.
