Pros
The senior inbound manager is very nice. This is only reason I gave 2 stars.
Cons
The only way the company make profit is to rip off drivers. 6 hour’s free waiting time, only pay 3 layovers for 5 layovers, only $150 for each holiday pay(should be at least 5% of last 30 days income) no overtime pay. Some of above even against Labour Code! However, they don’t care, because they could hire foreign drivers, especially Indian drivers, and help them get PR. It is definitely unfair for local Canadian drivers.
