Wide range of work produced, easy to move up if you're eager and looking to build your reel. You'll likely work on a wide range of projects but they're often under-resourced and poorly planned.
Cons
There's little to no office culture, and no vision as a company. One week you could be working on a high end tour visuals project, the next week on a web ad for toilet paper. With no direction as a company, its tough to know what your future looks like.
