Good company with questionable future - Member Of Technical Staff Lightera Employee Review

Too many of the Project Managers can't tell the difference between serious customers and "tire-kickers." As a consequence, too much work is loaded onto the plates of our limited R&D and production staff, and key customers actually willing to spend big $$$ aren't given the proper attention they deserve. In the end, the potential $$$ ends up going elsewhere.
