Very good work life balance - Agile Delivery Manager Lightful Employee Review

I came from a corporate background and was experiencing really late working hours and weekends. As soon as I joined Lightful it was such a relief! They genuinely care for your well being. My work life balance has never been stronger and watching them adapt to the pandemic was amazing, they were so transparent about the health of the company, no redundancies or furlough and so many thoughtful ways of brightening our days while we were isolating including plants, treats, interesting socials and coworker check ins. The people at Lightful are all genuinely looking to make an impact and it shows in their hardworking nature.
