Pros
One of the biggest pros about the company is that Lighthouse really cares about its employees. The company works to attract the best talent globally and promotes a culture that benefits its people first and foremost. There is also a solid remote work culture, as many of our employees work remotely either part-time or full-time. Although the company is growing, it still functions like a start-up, with room for flexibility and innovation. The executive team is also approachable and transparent, and all employees hold them in high regard.
Cons
Employees are required to work long hours sometimes, due to the nature of the industry. Some aspects with the merger with Discovia are still a work-in-progress.
