Cons
- Although improving, our rapid growth slightly outpaced updates to support infrastructure and systems. This was magnified by hardware shortages brought on by the pandemic. - Big ambitious ideas occasionally cloud the here-and-now work on the ground. Hard to put "ambition" in the "cons" category, but here it is.
