Pros
WFH, lots of time off, flexible work-from-anywhere policy.
Cons
In my short time at this company, its employee count shrunk by over 50%. Student numbers plummeted and remain low. The company is holding on by a thread (that thread being government programs and money). The quality of students has brutally decreased because they let anyone in the door, and student-facing teams are left to clean up the mess. People are constantly quitting or being let go and aren’t replaced even though everyone left is doing 3-4 jobs. The benefits are terrible. Those are the top are completely incompetent and ride the coattails of (and bully) those beneath them, often taking credit for their work. Employees at the bottom are barely paid a living wage despite being the ones that keep things running smoothly. Higher-level managers are constantly telling lower-ranked employees that their jobs have expiry dates and there’s no room to grow. Most teams have 1-2 people on them, which makes it impossible to take time off without being stressed. Overall, this place is just awful and is having quite the fall from grace. If you’re not in the inner circle, you’re worthless.
