      Fully remote. Market rate salary.

      Cons

      Disorganized leadership. Lack of career growth opportunities. Job security is shaky. No employer 401k contributions. Unlimited PTO has 2 downsides: there is a limit but it’s not made clear and no payout when you resign.

      Pros

      Remote first office that easily handles the challenges of being remote. Which, for LHL aren't really challenges. At this point, this office works remotely, and is optimized to do so. Unlimited PTO after the first year is fantastic. Their are no egos here. None. Leadership is outstanding, compassionate, and most of all some of the smartest and hardest working people I have ever been around.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO cuts both ways. It takes getting used to. 401k is not matched at this time.

      Pros

      They had a really nice company culture which I was very thankful for.

      Cons

      Even though I put in long hours there wasn't a clear path for me to grow. They didn't really do performance reviews.
