Cons

There is pressure to perform. There is pressure to advance your career. The company has the highest standards of ethics and conduct and this is enforced. The company achieves an incredible amount with very few heads. This is only possible because the company is the most digitally transformed in their industry (efficiency) and their people are simply better, more deeply experienced, and more certified (efficiency) than any other MSP in the Connecticut - Metro NY Region. Each employee has to keep up their training milestones so this is only a place to work if you have the highest personal and professional expectations for yourself.

Pros

your on the cusp of the newest Microsoft azure technologies. team environment and collaboration is great. everyone works together and towards the same goals. loved working here and have even recommended friends for key positions. your opinion is valued which is a plus, cant say that about most places.

Cons

I don't know if its a con but I considered myself 'on call' at all hours because I didn't want to disappoint any of our clients. not like it was demanding in that nature but its something to think about when you commit to a job in general.
