Pros
They offer a great work environment with a tight knight group of friendly guys who are extremely productive and motivated. they have never had a time where there has not been enough work. In fact they have many issues around too much work. The backing or a large healthcare system is also extremely beneficial.
Cons
A growing company with some of the common growth issues around project flow and support processes but they are working diligently to alleviate these concerns.
