- Fun team building events but most of the company doesn't participate - Employees are insanely smart - Free Parking - Free Alcohol on Fridays

- Management is very inexperienced and doesn't know how to properly manage their employees - Treatment isn't the same for every employee. Favorites are definitely present at Lightmaker - Sales team greatly under sales projects and then berates employees for not being able to make it work in that budget - Zero transparency into what the company is doing, how the company is doing and where the company is going - Pay is under industry normal - Turnover is extremely high - Developers are worked into the ground and not treated like equals - Don't expect your boss to stand up for you - Training is non-existent - Speed is all that matters and clients end up footing the bill for the lack of Quality
