Great place to work. Awesome people.

Feeling the downturn. Low gas prices equals lay offs.

The assets are great; albeit they grossly overpaid for them. Most employees are very capable and good to work with.

The management team, now that the company has rid themselves of the majority of its debt, needs to be terminated for this company to have a chance to start fresh. The executive and management is either too "hands-off" or micro-manages to the nth degree.
