      Pros

      The work was meaningful, the patients were fabulous and the team I worked with was wonderful.

      Cons

      Administration does not respect work-life balance. They were short-staffed and you were expected to work insane amount of on-call.

      Won well deserved from tribune as best place to work. Responsive management. Patients no employees are the priority

      Dedicated staff that stick around Very caring staff and volunteers Good pay

      Cons

      CEO has to go. Anger issues that are taken out on staff. Leads like a tyrant, board is out of touch and unaware. They keep winning awards for best place to work, but I think people are afraid to be honest about what it’s really like to work there.
