Nearly everyone is in constant competition with each other. You cannot ask a question or ask for help without being treated as if you are dumb and they love to make sure you feel like an inconvenience. Departments do not work well with each other. When I first started I had a customer service rep respond to an email my manager was copied on so rudely my boss cam and apologized for the behavior " I should have left than." You will be discriminated against, harassed just generally treated awful. Once behavior is reported to HR they just fire the person reporting the behavior.
