Worst place to work - Senior Software Engineer Limark Employee Review

Dear Reviewer, Thank you and we really appreciate you taking time to review Limark. While our recruitment process is competitive and thorough, we provide opportunities to everyone who would like to explore, learn and perform. While we value your comments, we would like to highlight that working over time and/or on weekends is highly discouraged unless otherwise for a pressing need. We would also like to clarify that there were only 2 occassions in the whole year of 2021 (until beginning of November) where some teams had to work on weekends for planned client work. The attrition rate of the company is very low compared to the industry. We also care about the wellbeing of the teams and encourage maintaining a good work life balance. Limark has provided many opportunities and channels to raise any concerns the employees have and we encourage them to make use of such opportunities while in employment.
