Not upfront about a lot of things. Manipulative management. Doesn’t respect boundaries. Overworked. At least 12 unpaid hours a week. Lied about the length of shift. Was unprofessional when I resigned, but helped solidify that decision so appreciative of it in a way.

There are no actual pros other than meeting quality people in the field.
