Pros
Super clear vision. Enthusiasm is contagious. Teamwork. Access to SMEs and training. Leadership is no joke - they do not look down - they lead and you clearly know the direction. As a 25 year corporate man - that is a hard to find trait in a company.
Cons
I have not found one in my first year. It is a growing company - changes are expected.
