      Growth, innovation, strategy are all part of each day. Teams are great and everyone is there to help regardless of management level

      Cons

      Really cannot find any. Having worked in companies most of my life, LinTech has the least overhead (stuff that gets in the way of doing your job) of anywhere I've worked before

      Good people at the director level and under.

      Cons

      Toxic environment with lots of bullying, swings in direction, poor leadership. The management team is stuck in 2018.
