Pros
This is a faced paced company that is in hyper growth mode. The work environment is working at home. I have been giving all the needed tools to work effectively, and if I need something I can go my manager and he always help me. I love my work here, and I love working with my team. In the Engineering department, as well as the employees that I work with in other departments. My manager treats me fairly, and I know that he is always there for me if I need to talk to him even if it is not about work. All of my engineering team is helpful and helps each other with all the projects that are going on.
Cons
As I stated the company is in hyper growth and sometime the speed in which we are developing products is fast, But this is fun and I love the flexibility that it offers me.
