Cons
Horrible “commission” structure that relies on mostly how the company is growing as a whole. No true financial incentive to hit your goals. Little room for advancement unless you are tight with the “in”crowd. Office politics are bad. Shady practices. Dishonest. Too many random partners being brought on to represent. Set up to make the owners and individuals with part ownership rich while everyone else survives on base salary. Poor communication when it actually matters but endless over communication on pointless topics. Expensive healthcare benefits
