Pros
They are very understanding they work with you and make sure that you learned the job correctly and to your comfortability. They are very open to suggestions and taking other people’s opinions and on all around good company.
Cons
As of right now, they are just going with the flow as they are transitioning from its prior employer at that warehouse and they should really focus more on making it more lineage not just going by what the prior company did with the people as in like their job titles, I think maybe other people deserve and could do much better at other job opportunities, but they aren’t given the opportunity because the prior company gave those opportunities to people that weren’t necessarily qualified, but because they were close with people who are already in that type of job setting, no qualifications or anything.
