Burnout and Unrealistic Expectations: Staff are often overburdened with tasks and expected to meet unrealistic productivity goals without adequate resources or support. As a result, burnout is common, and employee well-being can sometimes take a backseat to performance metrics. Toxic Work Environment: A lack of collaboration between management levels sometimes leads to a toxic atmosphere. Managers avoid addressing underlying issues to prevent conflict with others, which causes frustration and disengagement among staff. There seems to be little accountability at higher levels for the struggles faced by employees on the ground. It pays well and the work is remote.

Management doesn't have a clue. Everyone fears for their own job so they all setup meetings to completely block their calendars daily because they want to look busy instead of doing any actual work. The top level is focused on whatever the latest and greatest thing is (and to be fair, some really cool new technology) but if you are in a supporting role, forget about ever being able to get anything done. You won't have time to focus on anything but they hold you responsible for everything. There is an India based managed services team that is supposed to do the work but the communication is horrible, your time is wasted, and there is no process in place to control the workflow. Just beatings for not doing something nobody ever asked you for and you knew nothing about. The stock is tanking because there are multiple levels of unnecessary management who are all out to make others look bad so they can keep the attention off their own pointless existence in the company. If you want a job doing absolutely nothing besides wasting your time in Teams meetings, this is the job for you. However, the 9 managers you have above you are out to use you as a shield to protect them!
