Allowed to work from home & you have the ability to make a difference in the last mile market which is proving to be ever more crucial during COVID-19. The staff and leadership were very welcoming of individuals from various countries and backgrounds.
Cons
No healthcare benefits for US employees & a frequent change in short term strategy (typical for any start-up in a fast paced environment)
- It’s a great company that’s growing up fast and has great learning opportunities
- In an industry not many people get to work in
- The interview process is easy and people are nice
- Teammates are friendly and helpful
- They give a laptop allowance so that one can buy the best laptop for work and personal stuff
- Payments are always on time and properly handled.
- They paid an extra for the notice period
Cons
- No training whatsoever
- The onboarding process is highly disorganized and has zero structure
- They give you a website with endless documents to read and call that “independence”
- The leadership is poorly involved in the training process and blame it on the employees rather than admitting they’re the problem
- They don’t even follow their BYOD policy as they promise (e.g. I was supposed to be able to keep the laptop but instead they collected it after they ended my probation time).
