They don't encourage exploration as much as they say up front.
There is practically no room for improvement, personal and/or professional growth and quite frankly no time.
Overtime is not enforced but expected and almost obligatory, "everyone is doing it, so you should too." And obviously, overtime is unpaid and you're made uncomfortable asking about it. Hours are long and there is very little concern for your obligations outside of Linetest.
Very friendly facade, but it stops there. There is no discussion of how to get better. If you're underperforming in their eyes in any way, there is no conversation. You just get replaced.
Fairly undeveloped file management system. Every artist does things with little to no concern if they have to pass their part on to someone else. Naming layers? Oh pleaseeee...
