Pros

Good remuneration package but you need to negotiate very well with the HR and review the draft employment contract carefully before resigning from your current company.

Cons

Lack of directions, Very poor managememt from China. Even the PIC in SG office is incompetent as well. Not flexible working hour, need to clock in by 8:15am / 8:45am with 5min grace period, Basically, it is one way communucation, just follow your boss's instruction and work. When you need for support, its not there, when problems come, you will be short-handed and no response from them. Turnover rate is very high. 4 persons from different departments left in 6 months time, its equal to 20% bade on 20 workers only in the office.

Pros

Excellent learning opportunities. Strong international exposure and the chance to work across different markets and teams. Supportive colleagues who are willing to share knowledge and help you ramp up. Real responsibility early on, which accelerates professional development. Competitive position in the precision electronics and manufacturing space.

Cons

The company is still growing rapidly, so processes and systems are evolving. You sometimes have to keep pace with the transition away from older, more traditional methods bonus is on the weaker side too.

Pros

1. Supportive and collaborative legal team, with a manager (HQ China) who values input and gives space to contribute. She is one of the best supervisors I have ever worked with. 2. Good opportunity to take ownership, especially in building and improving legal processes as the overseas function was still developing 3. Friendly and easy-going colleagues in the Singapore office, which made day-to-day work enjoyable

Cons

1. Frequent shifts in direction and management approach can make it hard to maintain consistency and plan longer term 2. Legal and compliance are still developing within the organisation, and alignment across teams can be uneven at times 3. Communication around compensation, particularly bonuses, could be clearer and more consistent, this would improve transparency and employees’ trust and confidence 4. Matrix reporting lines can sometimes lead to overlapping expectations and challenges during performance reviews 5. Boundaries around time off could be better respected, especially during leave periods 6. Changes in structure may affect role scope, and the level of challenge and growth may become more limited
