Linio is competing in a very tough industry with competitors like Amazon and MercadoLibre and the company has gone through some challenging phases. Yet, it has found its place does well business wise and with its staff. - It is very focused on B2C/premium market place offering, and also driving lots of revenue outside the core platform - Increasingly strong benefits, with much better vacation, insurance, flexible work-hours than almost any other company I know in DF - Great offices in great location. And as any tech start-up, lots of small perks such as free Friday beers, coffee shop inside the office, etc. - Lots of smart, hard-working and young people that are fun to work with - Finally, recruiters in Mexico love people that have worked at Linio.
Cons
Work-hours are generally quite long, and definitely longer than 8-16. Pay is good but not great.
