Very poor experience - Anonymous employee Linio Employee Review

Very disorganized. Extremely high turnover. Absence of roles and clear defined responsabilities. Most Managers have completely inadequate behaviors - people who just started their careers, having a very little experience in strategy, treat other employees like idiots. No program sharing, no idea sharing. Just a "sit down and make your job without taking any pause or asking any questions" approach. Being treated like a kid despite having three degrees. Plus, very low salary and very long work hours. I have been asked to work during weekends without any reward.
