      Vacations and Linio days (PTO) Flexible scheduled

      People don't knowing the main objective of their positions Falabella is Linio owner and it seems like MX don't have a real budget to compete with the top marketplaces in this country Even when the company has been existing by 10 years now, everything keep looking like an startup with no settled processes (legal, finance, payments,logistics, support)
