Pros

After an hour of thinking, there's no "Pros" the this company

Cons

Toxic Environment! Cheques never on time. Excuses for not paying expenses. Little to no training. Fast employee turn-around. Understaffed. Couple of employee's were great to work with, but not many. There's no spot for CEO advice, so advice below; CEO in the wrong field, knows nothing how the business is ran. Stop buying out businesses, just to burn the customers.

Pros

Leaving the company is a big relief, management cannot figure out how to run a company at all.

Cons

-Managers cannot respond quickly -Pay is minimal, asking for more or being too good off gets you put on temp leave -Managers are nice people, but suck at being management -Hiring 6+ new people while taking the best resources

Pros

- Everyday is different and work is never dull. Constantly working in a variety of situations and learning new skills. - Collaborated with a fantastic Tier 1 service team. - Opportunities to work on small to medium scale projects for clients.

Cons

- Payroll was constantly late and incorrect. - Employer did not send out final paycheck. Employment Standards had to be involved and received paycheck 2 months later. - CEO does not believe in annual salary reviews. When reviews do occur, no clear structure or evidence is present. Review is entirely based on the CEO's opinions. - Projects are often rushed with little planning, resulting in ineffective and erroneous work being done. - CEO at times will ask employees to pay for items that clients need (ie. supplies, hardware, etc). Expenses are reimbursed but can take up to a few months. - Little room for growth within the company, as Tier 1 employees are expected to deal with issues of all complexity levels (ie. exchange administration, server migration, routing etc). - Occasionally expected employees to work longer than normal hours without overtime pay. May be requested to work on weekends as well. - CEO may choose to reduce employee work hours without notice or reason.
