Pros

Fun work environment! There is a basketball court, climbing wall video games station and pool table inside the building. Limo trips to restaurants, amusement parks and other fun destinations are common place. Kitchen is kept stocked for the employees and a big breakfast is made fresh for everyone on Fridays. You are always treated with respect and management listens to their employees concerns and suggestions.

Cons

The pay is not the highest in the industry but that is improving now that we are recovering from the recession.

Pros

(For the most part) was able to work on projects that I found fun and interesting. Was given a lot of autonomy, which created a very positive relationship with management.

Cons

A very small team that is stretched thin means improvement to the business and/or product can be painfully slow.

Pros

I don't usually leave reviews, but in this case, I feel obligated to since I am so happy with my job. I've been at LinkU for about 3 months now and i absolutely LOVE working here already! The team is extremely helpful in making sure that you have all of the necessary tools to hit the ground running. Everyone who works here is extremely kind, helpful and welcoming! From breakfast being made in the office every Friday, to occasional team building events, It really feels like a family environment here. I will be a proud employee of LinkU for the long hall.

Cons

None besides the fact that the office gets a little cold in the morning.
