      Pros

      Great place to learn and culture . Fun and cohesive marketing team.

      Cons

      Really slow to promote, behind market standard. Likely tied to generally cheap nature. Consistently 6 months behind other similar employers and lower starting salaries. Strategy is to make up for lower pay with great culture.
