      None. No work life balance. No career progression.

      Cons

      All you can think of. Terrible management , no career progression , very minimal pay rise, no work life balance, no appreciation of effort from senior management. If I can give 0 stars I would give 0 stars.

      Positive, supportive and collaborative team. Really upholds the company values promoted. Business teams have good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Contributions are valued but the work done feels like it has little to no impact on the wider picture. Risk as company is looking to streamline and cut costs on business teams.
