      Pros

      good insurance, lunch and fuel provision is good, good hr policy.

      Cons

      salary is never reviewed and salary gap is so huge. only certain number of people go for training, leaving all others out. promotion is only to the people close to management.

      Don’t join they can terminate contract anytime

      Cons

      Very bad management. As per their contract they can fire you any time if you don’t meet the expectations (they have monthly expectation). They don’t event provide laptops
