Great Company - Senior UNIX Systems Administrator Linq3 Employee Review

The company has added a number of new senior leaders who are smart and action oriented. We just launched our new product. The office environment is good and people here seem to enjoy the opportunity to make a difference in the lottery industry. I feel we are on the right path. They just gave stock to every employee to make us feel like owners. I like that.

This is a start-up. There's risk, but also reward. This place isn't designed for anyone who likes a strict corporate structure.

The people who are here are true gems -- cooperative, hard-working, dedicated. The product is really innovative and will make a difference in the market.

The new CEO abuses everyone. He was installed late 2017 and had wreaked havoc. He doesn't remember things and people he's met. He blames everyone but himself. Everyone at the company - but especially his executive staff - is used as a human shield. It is a truly toxic environment that anyone with great skills should avoid. The way they attract people is they pay way above market which is why they attract people for open positions. The question you should ask yourself is - why and is being treated badly worth the extra pay?
