zero to none, owners do not care about any single employee and will fire anyone just because they woke up and felt like firing someone that day.
Cons
Owners are truly some of the worst management I have ever worked for. Drove every venture into the ground because they don’t know what they are doing and have too big of egos to say otherwise.
