Please read the "positive" reviews that follow with extreme caution. Make up your own mind but treat the positive with caution as these appear to have been written by management attempting to improve the profile of the company. The culture within this company is not great unless you are one of the chosen few or say yes to every demand and agree with the unreasonable requests then accept the blame for others.
The comments stating that the MD is a control freak and bully are true. He will not accept any blame despite being the problem in many cases. There is a high turnover of staff and, before considering this company, one should question why this is the case......
If you join then don't say you haven't been warned - many people have two faces and will happily pass the buck where possible.
This company has a "show" face that it likes to put on to prospective clients etc. They are expert at talking the talk and have hoodwinked customers, assessors, employees etc but when it comes to actions then they are sadly lacking in many cases. Don't be fooled by the business awards on display, the assessors were given the polished tour and didn't speak to any real people unless those were vetted....
Join and enjoy but don't be surprised if you soon think you you've made a mistake.
