The management team should spend more time reflecting on how their style (or lack of) is hurting their business and rather less time trying to manipulate their review score on this site by posting fake reviews. The staff turnover rate is appalling due to bullying from the MD which is further exasperated by his management team & inner circle ('the favourites'). They should focus on instilling confidence in all their staff members rather berating those who are not deemed special enough. During my time with the company I did not encountered any individual who went to work intent on doing a bad job but I did see the management team treating many colleagues as if they purposely did just that.
