Can be a great place to work with so much potential. Some great benefits with some lovely people to work with

Very Toxic in certain departments of the business. In particular the senior leadership on the shop floor, (not management). They don't encourage or help new staff, but are happy to complain to everyone if a mistake is made and take the glory when it's fixed. There is a lack of pride and care that starts from the top, They cause alot of negativity

Some really great people to work with Approachable Manager Hope that everything could so easily be made better

Company often focus on the wrong problem or the symptom instead of the cause An absolute lack or misscommunication No co-ordination or wider vision apart from making everything look shiny on the surface whilst the corpses of talented ex-employees rot in the basement Business Assurance/HR avoid taking any responsibility at all costs
