Dear former Lionstep employee, Thank you very much for your feedback. As we are constantly striving to improve, feedback like yours is extremely valuable to us. I am delighted that you appreciated the flexible working time model and the generous home office policy at Lionstep, as well as the great team colleagues. These are core elements of our company culture that we want to continue. What I do regret, however, is that you perceived our company as highly hierarchical, where critical feedback is not welcome. This does not correspond at all to the culture we are striving for and I would like to understand better from you which specific examples have left this impression on you so that we can take a closer look at these two aspects if necessary. You also write that overtime work in our company is not paid or cannot be compensated. This statement is not correct and is also regulated differently in your employment contract. We use a systematic time recording system to ensure that overtime can be reduced promptly when it occurs. Lionstep’s flexible working time model in particular allows you to finish work earlier or start work later. Here, too, it would be interesting for me to understand how you got the impression that no hours can be compensated. I look forward to your feedback!
