I believe addressing these issues is crucial for fostering a more respectful and inclusive workplace. The Manager there is smart on concealing these issue since he is the one who instigates them. You can't hold others accountable when your the one doing it. There was this one instance where the Manager thought I wasn't in the room, decided it was okay to talk poorly about me, mocking me on a conversation he said was confidential, then when he found out I was there in the room, started to pretend that he cared about me. Its all about getting your joke across at the expense of others.
