New management ruin the harmony in this company, i heard the good staff starting to leave this company. Also i heard some rumors 1 or 2 of the staff got accused for stealing company property without proof and without internal investigation within company and staff, then management directly lodge report to police. Also if you work like cow boss never care about it, all he care is your mistake.
