Wages are awful, head office treat you like dirt, you have no input as to what they decide is best for your site despite the fact they have never even seen it or spoken to anyone that works there. You are lucky if you can get help from them or if they even bother to reply to emails (yes mmc that means you), apart from the girls in payroll.
