      Unlimited PTO, worked with a wonderful team (my peers), the division I worked with was amazing

      Cons

      Terrible leadership on the Livtech level (CEO, CRO, SVP Marketing), no pay increase, good ol boys club that rewarded terrible behavior, not AI forward when I was there, no budget for product development, no career development

      an intense 9-5 but I don't need to work nights or weekends work with a portfolio of companies so the job never gets boring leadership shares detailed info about the company at monthly townhalls remote friendlyu

      some departments are thin and more sales led than product led, more investment in product should help growth
