Pros
Everyone is nice and super positive.
not your typical office setting
travel opportunities
they set weekly goals.
Cons
truth be told you'll be spending more money than you make especially when you are starting out. You do not reimbursed for that money either. The hours are super long and it's 6 days a week. If you move up, it'll sometimes be 7 days so you basically get no time outside of work to yourself. Some days I was working for 12-14 hours. You also do not get any holidays off except for Christmas Day, New Years day, 4th of July and Memorial Day. Sometimes they'll make you make up the holiday so some weeks you could be working for 13 days straight. They tell you set hours in the interview but THEY ARE LONGER. My biggest problem is that they do not allow you to be human. Meaning, because they push everyone to be positive all day everyday, there is no room for you to voice your concerns or any issue you may have.
