Pros
* Founders are hands on, have complementary skills and understand the business and product well. * Very strong product team, experienced people who can operate well on their own. I can trust people to do their jobs well while I do mine * Base salary is good, especially for a startup at this stage * We build MVPs and iterate very quickly
Cons
* Product strategy requires lots of quick small pivots, so sometimes it feel like not making progress * Very little structure + distributed setting means it's up to you to make your work visible and double check that it's valuable
