      Pros

      - people are cool (besides senior leadership) - you'll learn a lot working at a start up (not specific to LF)

      Cons

      - terrible leadership, they have no direction and switch strategies in the blink of an eye for reasons that are not proven to be effective yet - the COO takes sales calls and commission from other reps, the SDRs on the team should be supporting the AEs - terrible culture from the CEO and COO, they create a very toxic work environment, pick favorites, and will blow up at you with no explanation
