They are a good company.

I don't know where to start. It has all the energy and enthusiasm of a start-up, but it has been around for a little while, so it has more stability. The team is amazing. Everyone is very friendly, and everybody does their part to welcome new hires aboard and make them feel like a valued member of the team. It is in Arlington, so there are lots of great places nearby to work, and the company has a catered lunch every Friday. And the application is brilliant, so everybody has a sense of mission at work. Good work/life balance. Very family friendly.

No cons. Seriously. Very intelligent, highly motivated, hardworking team. Excellent place to start a career, but also a good place to work for more senior employees looking to do something a little different.
