Pros
All of the LiveSmart "Smarties" team are friendly, creative, forward thinking and welcoming, and are all like family. The work and office environment is really positive and relaxed, yet the team are all very proactive and hardworking. Working for a health company that aims to make a difference and help people to improve their health and lives makes it extra rewarding too! I am sad to have left the company, but this was due to a complete change in careers. if it weren't for that, I would have stayed on.
Cons
As it is a small team, sometimes your work role does tend to overlap at times with other roles that may not be part of your job spec , but this can be seen as a pro as its extra learning about other roles within the company and you definitely learn more quickly about who the overall company is run.
