Our grading rubric is a result of this experience and the aim of it to be simple and concise for both the writer and meeting customer requirements. The Grading rubric is available for every Writer on the platform, moreover, we recommend our new Writers to check it prior to starting with the first order to avoid the common mistakes. So I believe the most of the issue you could've had was in you not checking the Policies on the first place.
